Interior Designer Architectural and Portraiture Photographer Newport Beach

These Newport Beach custom home photographs bring architectural and portrait photography together. In each image, we positioned the interior designer within a room so you can see both the person behind the design and the space they created. The interiors remain an essential part of the photograph, rather than simply becoming a backdrop.

That combination calls for careful lighting and composition. The rooms needed to feel bright and inviting, with their colors, finishes, and architectural details clearly visible. At the same time, the light had to be flattering for the designer, and her position needed to feel natural within each space. My experience in both architectural and portrait photography helped me balance those demands in a single image.

We chose a different outfit for each setting, giving the designer a varied collection of photographs while keeping the session relaxed and fun. The images can introduce her alongside her work in editorial features, on her website, and across social media. They show prospective clients the interiors she creates and give them a sense of the person they would be working with.

If you’re an interior designer who wants to appear in photographs of your projects, I’d love to help you plan a session that does justice to both you and your work.
