Sustainability is about how we as people build a relationship with the environment around us. How we affect the environment and how it affects us. There are many considerations to sustainability from having a property that is more energy efficient (it isn’t unheard of for some of the properties we shoot to spend 5 figures a month on energy bills) to considering how to feed and water the masses.
California is diverse in the sense there are exceptionally dense and large urban environments, intense farmland and wide open spaces with little human intervention. Check out the aerial 360s to examine some of the considerations to sustainability from an elevated perspective.
